Privacy policy for the use of the "MyLife +"

General regulations

This Privacy Policy contains general information about the provision of information privacy in the "MyLife +" Mobile Application (hereinafter - the Mobile Application) by the Organization "Positive Initiative" (hereinafter referred to as "Positive Initiative"). This is important information, and Positive Initiative hopes that users will read it carefully. BECAUSE Organization "Positive Initiative" knows how important the confidentiality (secrecy) of information and security is for users of the Mobile application.

Personal data within the meaning of this Privacy Policy is information that makes it possible to identify users, as well as information about the activities of users, for example, about the use of certain services, etc., if such use is directly related to information that allows the identification of users.

By using the Mobile application, users agree and accept its requirements/norms, and give permission for adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution, depersonalization, and destruction of confidential information, in particular, personal data, including with the use of information systems in the manner specified by this Policy privacy The processing of personal data of users begins from the moment of using the Mobile application.

Organization Positive Initiative reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without personal notification to each user. Instead, Organization Positive Initiative notes the time of the last changes made to the Privacy Policy in the footer of the document. By continuing to use the Mobile App after such changes are made, users agree and accept them as part of the Privacy Policy.

List of confidential information processed by Organization Positive Initiative to provide users of the Mobile application

Organization Positive Initiative collects and processes the information specified in the consent to the processing of information in the Privacy Policy, including:

-                  Last name, First Name;

-                  Date of birth, gender, phone number, e-mail, region of residence, category or group of the user groups (HIV+, LUNI, housing society, person with TB and people from these groups of IDPs, treatment, provided services);

-                  device information – such as: operating system name and version, hardware model, IMEI, IMSI and other unique device identifiers. Organization "Positive Initiative" does not collect information about call history, contact list, SMS (SMS-messages), etc.;

-                  information about the user's actions in the Mobile Application - such as: time and duration of using the Mobile Application, actions the user performed while using the Mobile Application, IP address, geolocation while using the Mobile Application;

-                   cookies and other data collection technologies such as fingerprints, etc.

The purpose of using Organization Positive Initiative information, in particular, user data, is to use the Mobile Application, provide support, protect and improve existing Mobile Application features and develop new Mobile Application features.

Dissemination and disclosure of confidential information, including personal data

Organization Positive Initiative complies with the requirements of the current legislation of Moldova and does not transfer confidential information, in particular, personal data, to third parties, except for the cases provided for by the current legislation of Moldova, consent to the processing of personal data and this Privacy Policy.

Protection of confidential information

Confidential information, in particular, personal data belonging to users, is stored on the servers of the Organization Positive Initiative, which operates by the requirements of the current legislation of Moldova. Transmission and movement of information flows is fully protected.

If a third party gains access to the user's account, Organization Positive Initiative is not responsible for the negative consequences that have occurred or could occur as a result of the user losing access to their account.

The user independently ensures the preservation of information about his passwords and other confidential information, in particular, personal data. Organization Positive Initiative is not responsible for the consequences of the user's loss of confidential information, in particular, personal data. This provision applies both to the user's distribution of confidential information, in particular, personal data, to third parties voluntarily, and to the user's loss of confidential information, in particular, personal data, against his will.

If the user has information that his confidential information, in particular, personal data in the Mobile application has been compromised, he undertakes to inform the Manager about this.

Term of storage of confidential information

Personal information, in particular, the personal data, of the user is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing confidential information, personal data, of the user, but cannot be less than 10 (ten) years. Confidential information, in particular, personal data, may be destroyed after the expiration of the storage period or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Moldova.

Final Provisions

The requirements of the Privacy Policy apply to the user from the moment when, while using the Mobile Application, the user has registered and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and is valid as long as any confidential information, in particular, personal data about the user, is stored in the Organization Positive Initiative.
